In the third quarter of 2024, the leading film and television applications on iOS in Greece showcased varied performance trends, according to data provided by Sensor Tower.

ERTFLIX saw a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, peaking at 16K in late July before a gradual decline. Despite no recorded revenue, the app maintained a steady presence in the market.

Netflix experienced consistent weekly revenue, maintaining figures around $7K to $8K throughout the quarter. Downloads increased steadily, reaching over 4K in August, while active users started at 63K, peaking at 70K mid-July, and then gradually declined to 57K by the end of September.

Disney+ achieved impressive revenue figures, with weekly revenues ranging from $40K to nearly $48K. Downloads saw a significant increase in September, peaking at 3.8K, while active users showed a steady increase, reaching 24K mid-September before dipping slightly.

COSMOTE TV did not report any revenue but displayed a positive trend in downloads, peaking at 4K in August. This indicates a growing interest in the app despite the absence of revenue metrics.

ReelShort - Short Movie & TV showed a varied performance with revenue peaking at $4.6K in early August. Downloads spiked at 5.8K at the same time, and active users followed a similar trend, reaching over 7K before stabilizing around 2.6K by the end of the quarter.
